East Providence -Diane (Estrella) Calderon, known lovingly to  her family and friends as Diane, passed away on Sunday ,June 14, 2026, at her home in East Providence, Rhode Island, at the age of 55.

Born on June 3, 1971, in Providence, Rhode Island, she was the daughter of Jose A. and Maria (Moniz) Estrella. Diane was raised with strong family values and carried those bonds with her throughout her life. She was a devoted daughter, a caring sister, and a cherished presence to those who knew her best. Her gentle spirit, warm heart, and steady kindness left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to share in her life.

Diane was the sister of Joe Estrella of East Providence and Tania Estrella, and she was the sister of the late Debbie Estrella. She is also survived by two nieces, who will remember her with love and affection. Family meant a great deal to Diane, and she took pride in the relationships she built and maintained over the years. Her loyalty, compassion, and thoughtful nature made her a treasured member of her family and a source of comfort and support to those around her.
