Jamie D. Alberico

Jamie D. Alberico, 47, of East Providence, Rhode Island, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, December 17, 2025. Jamie was the beloved husband of Amanda Alberico, and together they shared two decades of life. He was born in Providence, Rhode Island, and was the son of Donald Alberico, Sr. of Port St. Lucie, Florida, and the devoted son of Lisa Harrall and her husband, Steven, of Narragansett.

Jamie grew up in Foster and Narragansett and attended Bishop Hendricken High School before graduating from Ponaganset High School. He went on to further his education at the University of Rhode Island (URI).

Jamie spent twenty years at Bank of America, building a respected career and serving as a Vice President in Software Engineering. He also served his residential community as a board member, always willing to step up and support his neighbors.

Outside of work, he found joy in exploring nature, cycling, and working on bicycles. He loved to cook and was an avid movie buff, with a particular fondness for horror films. A lifelong reader, Jamie’s love of books was so great that as a child, when he ran out of reading material, he would turn to the encyclopedia. He also had a deep appreciation for photography and enjoyed capturing meaningful moments through his lens.

In addition to his beloved wife, Amanda, and his parents, Donald, Lisa, and Steven, Jamie is survived by his dear brothers: Joshua Alberico of Montenegro; Peter Alberico and his wife, Elysha, of Coventry; and Donald Alberico, Jr. of North Carolina; and his beloved niece, Olivia, and nephew, Nicolas.

Jamie will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 29, 2025, from 4:00 to 6:00 PM in the REBELLO FUNERAL HOME, 901 Broadway, East Providence, followed by a prayer service in the funeral home immediately thereafter at 6:00 PM. Interment will be held privately at a later date. Relatives and friends are most kindly invited to attend.
