Coventry - Linda L. (Perry) Rose, a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and companion, passed away peacefully at her residence in Coventry, RI, on June 30, 2023. She was born on July 3, 1941, in Providence, RI,

Linda is survived by her devoted companion of over 40 years, Walter Bator. She was a dedicated mother to her children, William Rose Jr. of Riverside, Gary Rose of West Warwick, and Suzanne Rose of Coventry. Linda was also the half-sister of Rick Perry, and she lovingly remembered her late half-siblings, Stephen Perry and Joanne Foster. Linda's life was further enriched by her grandchildren, Tiffany, Nicole, Michelle, David, Alyssa, Jason, and Alex Rose, and she was a proud great-grandmother to Ariyanna, Antonio, Aubrey, Marceil, Ethan, and Jax. Her family was her world, and she cherished every moment spent with them.

She has lived in Coventry for over 4 years, coming from the Fox Point section of Providence, where she spent most of her life.

She was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Providence.

Linda had a long and fulfilling career as a Claims Approver for Blue Cross & Blue Shield, where she served for many years before her retirement. She was known for her diligence, hard work, and dedication to her role. Linda's colleagues remember her as a kind and generous team member, always ready to lend a helping hand.

In her personal life, Linda was the epitome of love and kindness. Her generosity knew no bounds, and she was always willing to go the extra mile to help those in need. She was a beacon of love and warmth to all who knew her. Her family, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren were everything to her, and she devoted her life to their happiness and well-being. Her funeral will be held on Thursday July 6, 2023, at 9:30am from the REBELLO FUNERAL HOME, 901 Broadway, East Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00am in Our Lady of the Rosary Church, 21 Traverse Street, Providence.

Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery, 202 Smithfield Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Calling hours are Thursday Morning from 9:30am-10:30am at the funeral home.
