Luis Alberto Silva

Warwick - Luis A. Silva, 61, of Warwick, passed away on Friday, June 27,2025 at Hope Hospice in Providence, surrounded by his family. He was born in Sao Miguel, Azores the son of the late Jose and Deolinda (Medeiros) Silva.   He was the spouse of Lisa Stafford.  Luis had worked for Brown University in the Custodial Department for over 27 years.

He has lived in Warwick for over a year, previously living in East Providence for many years. He was a parishioner of St. Francis Xavier Church. He enjoyed socializing with his friends.

Besides Lisa, he is survived by his son Eric Silva and his wife Kimberly of Pawtucket, RI. He was the brother of Mercia Andrade and her husband Norberto of East Providence.

He was the uncle of Marissa Andrade and Cassandra Andrade.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visiting hours on Monday June 30, 2025, from 4:00pm - 7:00pm in the REBELLO FUNERAL HOME, 901 Broadway, East Providence, with a funeral home prayer service at 6:30pm.

After the service and visitation on Monday, the family would like to extend an invitation to all our family and friends for a celebration of life at the Teofilo Braga Club, 26 Teofilo Braga Way, East Providence, from 7:30pm-10:00pm.
